Leslie Prescott

Leslie has broad financial services experience, focused on creating and managing products and programs from initial strategy through to final implementation. In addition to her role with Thrive®, she is also an independent consultant, providing expertise in both the retirement and retirement income markets.

Before joining Thrive®, Leslie was the business leader for FundQuest’s retirement income platform. Leslie revised the product strategy for FundQuest’s Retirement Management System (RMS) to focus on plan implementation capability and new market segments. While at FundQuest, Leslie authored several articles and presented to hundreds of financial advisors on retirement income.

Previously, Leslie held a variety of roles at Fidelity Investments. Most recently she was a vice president in the rollover group, where she worked to develop new ways to attract 401k rollovers from Fidelity’s retirement recordkeeping businesses.

Prior to that, Leslie was a vice president in the benefits administration business. There she led a team responsible for reducing cost and improving quality in operations, managing the annual enrollment effort across clients, operations reporting, and working with insurance carriers. In addition, she was the business leader for all of H&W’s strategic technology initiatives. Leslie began her Fidelity career in Fidelity’s internal management consulting group, where she worked on a variety of strategic and operational projects across the company.

Before joining Fidelity, Leslie was a project manager at CSC Index, a management consulting firm that pioneered reengineering. She was responsible for leading teams of consultants and client team members to design and implement innovative business solutions resulting in lower costs, increased revenues, and improved service levels.

An engineer by training, Leslie has a BS in electrical engineering from Duke University and an MSEE from Boston University. She received her MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
